Cap forging is one series in precision forging parts.
The department of precision forgings, with the workshop of12000m2, has 400T and 1000T frictional presses. 630Tprecision press with heating by intermediate frequency inductor andautomatic temperature measurement by infrared ray, automaticsorting with 3 paths under the general control center. Our productsare mainly for automobile, train, mining machines and transmissionmachines.
Our moulds are made by lathes, milling machines, grinding machines,drill presses, CNC milling machines, processing centers, CNC wirecuttings and EBM etc. Our inspection center can fulfill materialcomponents analysis, comprehensive test of mechanical properties,metallographic analysis, 3D coordinate measurement andnon-destructive test, etc.
